Joakim Skarli (born November 24, 1987) is a verified Actor // Youtuber// Producer // Writer // Music promoter


Skarli is born in Arendal, a small town in the south of Norway. He began his career by appearing in television commercials in the early 20s as an extra, and then had various roles in the soap opera Hotel C├Žsar produced by Metronome Spartacus for the Norwegian tv channel, TV2. He began his film career by starring as Magne in the short film Next II Mine (2016) and as Tom in the short film The Other Side. Both short films directed by Prince Joe, and also co-produced by Skarli himself


In the early age, Skarli found out he had great passion for film and music, therefore, he moved to England in 2007 to study film studies and Screen Practice at Roehampton University in London, UK. After moving back to Norway, Skarli was here grateful getting an internship in the worldwide known record company Sony Music. Here he worked as a production Manager, and got the chance working and networking with famous artists like Kanye West, Pitbull, J.Cole, Madcon and many more. After working in Sony Music, Skarli wanted to educate himself even more, and he attended Hoyskolen Kristiania in Oslo , taking a BA in Creativity, Innovation and business development.


Skarli was taking part in the feature film The Snowman directed by Tomas Alfredson, starring famous actors such as Michael Fassbender , Rebecca Ferguson , Val Kilmer and J.K. Simmons. The film is shot in Norway and is coming in October 2017. This will be Skarlis first appearance in a international feature film where he is playing the role as an police officer.
